As worldwide lead agency for BT Global Services, our brief is to build its thought leadership profile as an international technology provider amongst a board level audience.   This cynical and time-pressured audience doesn’t make technology a high priority and we are fighting against much more established competition.

We shape strategy and drive activity that we help roll out in markets around the world.   We also drive a UK-specific programme, executing global campaigns and developing complementary UK initiatives to reach target business media.

We take an outward-looking thought-leading approach, demonstrating that BT has a deep understanding of the business issues that the board are worrying about, rather than their own.   We use a mix of media relations and stakeholder engagement, global media partnerships with the Financial Times and The Economist, and major international research with the likes of Datamonitor.

We have changed perceptions of the business, outside and within, and moved BT away from the overt product sales pitch. We’ve brokered and developed relationships at the highest level within international business media, created and delivered worldwide news from a standing start, and we’ve created and facilitated direct discussions with blue-chip board members.
