AOL

Since 2006, we have assisted AOL's transformation from subscription-based ISP to an industry-leading ad-supported global digital media company. Simultaneously, AOL faced the challenge of expanding across Europe  from three to thirteen markets.

To help publicise AOL’s new focus, we have profiled a host of new AOL products: AOL Sessions, a set of live online music performances by leading recording artists; the launch of AOL’s new mobile services and new online destinations such as Asylum: AOL’s men’s interest website.

We also helped position AOL as a thought-leader in important debates regarding the future of the web. To this end AOL recently hosted a debate on online privacy at the Houses of Parliament for MPs and other major political stakeholders.

Our work has helped create real excitement around the new portals. In the last year AOL has jumped from the eighth to the fifth most popular portal in France, from eighth to first in Germany and has moved up to third in the in the UK.

We have also positioned Dana Dunne, AOL Europe’s CEO, as an industry thought leader through a series of high-profile interviews with leading trade media and national newspapers.
