Nick Wright

Nick is the internal communication and change specialist in Fishburn Hedges and heads up the employee engagement practice. Not for him the lure of the corridors of Westminster or the PR launch – his sole focus is on all things employee related. With a pedigree honed on the client side at Boots and Lloyds TSB, he finds his work equally split between the public and private sectors. He has a fair idea of what works and what doesn’t. He’s worked with national and local government, the NHS, the financial services industry, partnership organisations as well hotel, telecoms and travel organisations. That said and in true Fishburn Hedges fashion, many of his assignments involve more than one communications discipline and so he often works as part of an integrated team in helping to address those ‘knotty’ communications issues.
