Jason Nisse
After 20 years in financial journalism at The Times, The Daily Telegraph, The Mail on Sunday and, latterly, as City editor of The Independent on Sunday, Jason finally succumbed to the lure of the dark side by joining Barclays as media relations director. He moved over to Fishburn Hedges in 2007 as a director, deciding he preferred the variety and flexibility of a consultancy. Since then has kept up his interest in financial services, with Barclaycard, PwC and Oliver Wyman, and the media, through Ingenious Media, while learning a great deal about the machinations of Westminster and gaining an interest in telecommunications thanks to BT. Jason also likes to keep up with energy and environmental issues, having been a former director of nuclear waste disposal body Nirex.
