Jan is director of brand engagement at Fishburn Hedges, a post which involves understanding the impact of brand and reputation on stakeholders, and helping clients to work with employees to influence and deepen that impact. Her twenty years of marketing across many disciplines helps with this, as her style of engagement draws on internal communication, branding, change management, advertising and event facilitation skills. And in that time she has helped T-Mobile to embed its corporate Story, Calor to get fit to face an unregulated marketplace, and the world’s largest bank to understand the implications of its refreshed brand – amongst many others.
